For years, I was convinced that my life was being drawn by an artist who was sometimes incredibly mediocre and other times came out with some record-shattering chapter. Thinking that he was the one pulling the strings behind events allowed me to blame him for my emotional roller coaster, because it’s always easier to blame another person. Today I sincerely believe that it’s possible to draw your own life. 

I am convinced that the creative process can be applied in each and every aspect of your existence. For that reason, I am inviting you to sharpen your pencil. I started my path to personal growth with creativity. I can say that I probably would not be a dancer today if I hadn’t gone through a divorce, I wouldn’t be an artist if I hadn’t had an anxiety crisis, I wouldn’t be a selftherapist if I hadn’t been diagnosed with chronic pain.
