GMOs Without Fear

Nutrition and the role of GMOs have become one of the great scientific debates in Spain and the world over the past few years. Genetically modified foods are now one of society’s greatest taboos. Ecological groups have organized campaigns against them and their supposed negative consequences for health.

But has anyone asked about the benefits of GMOs and scientific advances in the nutrition realm? What do scientists think about the topic? Do we have all the information we need to judge for ourselves? Or are we being influenced by special interests that have nothing to do with what’s really best for us?
