Reviews

"On the Other Side beckons you to embark on a dark journey through the most inhospitable and decrepit areas of the human soul”, La Contraportada

“The main virtue of this novel is the creation of a suffocating and oppressive atmosphere, almost as if the walls of that room were narrowing, in which Maqueda, in his first foray into the novel, moves like a fish in water and manages to involve us to the point of overwhelming us (...). On the Other Side is a skillfully executed thriller that leads us to a state of permanent anguish until the brilliant end.” Diego Palacios, Libros y Literatura.
