The Legends of Saint George

A knight, a princess, a dragon, a book and a rose. The legend of Saint George has been told and retold across generations and cultures, becoming one of the most enduring tales of courage and heroism.

Acclaimed comic artist Esteban Maroto brings together the different versions of the legend of Saint George from around the world, accompanied by exclusive illustrations created especially for this edition. The volume also includes two comic stories: the first adapts the traditional legend as we know it, while the second offers Maroto’s interpretation of the Japanese version of the knight and the dragon.
