The revolutionary orchestra

We are alive because our hearts ache. This idea hovers above the posthumous poemary of Nacho Montoto, one of the most important young poets in Spain, winner of the Andalusia National Poetry Prize. Written as though to be played by an orchestra, it is dedicated to love, light, goodness, beauty, loss, and the future.

With a lean, elegant style, sharp and always brilliant, it defends pluralism in voices and disciplines. Nacho was never a poet locked up in his ivory tower. He left us too early, but his legacy remains.
