We believe that knowing ourselves means knowing names, locating organs or remembering cycles. But truly knowing ourselves also means questioning the myths, guilt and shame that have surrounded female pain and pleasure for far too long.
Because knowing yourself also means:
feeling at home in your body, free from expectations and judgement;
understanding sensations, boundaries and signals;
neither pathologizing what is normal nor normalizing discomfort;
rebuilding a safe and compassionate relationship with your body;
being able to set boundaries when something hurts or feels disrespectful;
and embracing pleasure, understanding that there is no single way to experience it.
Your Body, Your Territory is an invitation to women who want to understand themselves better and, when necessary, rebuild a kinder, safer relationship with their bodies.
