Alejandro G. Calvo (Barcelona, 1978) is a journalist and film critic. He currently holds the position of "Head of Movies" at Webedia España (SensaCine and Espinof), where he has spent years fully dedicated to tracking, analyzing, and sharing the best works of the seventh art. From blockbusters to westerns, from noir to the most intimate cinema, his reviews and special selections on SensaCine's YouTube channel have amassed over 500,000 followers. His video section "Cine A Quemarropa" (2019-2022) is one of the biggest hits of Spanish-language cinema content online. Additionally, he has collaborated with media outlets such as El Cultural, Rockdelux, and Dirigido por.
