Andrea García Santesmases

Andrea García-Santesmases Fernández is a sociologist and anthropologist whose work bridges lived experience and academic research. A feminist and anti-ableist activist, she collaborated on the documentary project Yes, We Fuck! about sexuality and disability. She teaches at UNED and in the Master’s Degree in Sexology at UCJC, and her research focuses on the intersections of body, gender, (dis)ability, and desire. She is the author of The Desired Body (2023) and A New Sexual Contract (2026).
