Anna Flotats

Anna Flotats is a specialist in sex and relationship education and a trainer at early childhood, primary, and secondary schools, where she supports teaching staff, families, and students in promoting healthy sexuality education. She holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine, a master’s degree in Human Reproductive Biology and Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and a master’s degree in Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy.

She is also the creator of the Educación Afectivo-Sexual project (www.educacionafectivosexual.com), an initiative for schools that promotes structured sex and relationship education tailored to the different stages of child development. She is also the author of the novel Del Velcro al Porno and the board game Crazy Dopamina. She has collaborated with the Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts on the Prevention of Violence (ENF-VAE) in drafting a recommendation to member states on age-appropriate sex education to combat violence against children.
