
Dr. Conchita Vidales holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in Nutrigenetics and Aesthetic Medicine. She is also a member of the Spanish Society of Psychosomatic Medicine and Medical Psychology in Madrid, specializing in eating behavior disorders, and an expert in Mindfulness from the University of La Salle.
Throughout her extensive professional career, she has served as the director of nutrition at various private clinic insurers and has participated in numerous congresses and seminars. She is currently the director of the Nutrigenomics department at Demya Clinic (Martín del Yerro | Amselem) in Madrid. She is a regular contributor to publications related to Medicine and Nutrition, as well as TV and radio programs. She is a volunteer activist at the Hospitalidad de Nuestra Señora de Lourdes and collaborates with the MAT4 Africa association as a general physician in Ghana and Sierra Leone.
Together with Paloma Gómez Borrero and María Blasa Gómez-Arroyo, she is the co-author of two other books: Cocina sin sal (Cooking Without Salt) and Nutrición infantil (Child Nutrition).
