JOSÉ MILLÁN holds degrees in Physics and Telematics and spent more than
twenty-seven years working within the European Commission in Brussels, where he engaged
closely with diverse political and institutional environments. Alongside his professional
career, he developed a long-standing interest in astrology, which he approaches not as a
science but as an art and a symbolic system. Over time, Millán has shaped a humanistic
form of astrology focused on understanding the individual’s place in the world and within
relationships. In 2024, he published Astrología para el nuevo orden mundial.
