
Marcos Chicot holds degrees in Clinical Psychology, Occupational Psychology, and Economics. To date, he has published The Murder of Pythagoras, The Brotherhood, Gordon’s Diary, and The Murder of Socrates (which was a finalist for the Planeta Prize in 2016). Over the course of his literary career, he has also won the Francisco Umbral Novel Prize, the Rotary International Novel Prize, and the Premio per la Cultura Mediterranea 2015 for the best novel published in Italy for The Murder of Pythagoras. For the same title, the city of Crotone awarded him the prestigious Encomio Solenne distinction.
