Miguel Golmayo

Miguel Golmayo is a member of the Spanish Navy, a Navy Captain, and an expert in energy and military intelligence. He is a former Defense Counselor at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and a former Defense Attaché at the Spanish Embassy in Slovakia.
