Nydia del Rey, born in Córdoba and moved to Madrid from a very young age, grew up perfecting the art of finding flaws in everything, a skill she developed living with three brothers (and now with two children) who have an innate talent for the absurd.
Inspired by her father, a math teacher capable of turning the most boring fractions into fascinating stories, she decided that teaching was not only the path to transmit knowledge, but also to learn in the process.
With more than twenty years dedicated to training in skills and competencies development—business psychology, communication, behavior, leadership, and emotional management—her approach is based on applied neuroscience, because a brain that doesn't get emotional doesn't learn.
She is a teacher, consultant, coach, synnergologist, and Twitter user (@nyconene), but above all, she is an advocate for authentic people, not those who go around posturing and writing in their first book biography that they are teachers, consultants, coaches, synnergologists, and Twitter users.
