Pau Gómez (Valencia, 1978) holds a degree in Journalism and a PhD in Film, with a thesis on family separation in Steven Spielberg's films. In 2014, he dedicated the collective volume 29 miradas sobre Spielberg to this director, with contributions from, among others, Alejandro Amenábar, Jaume Balagueró, and J. A. Bayona. He has spent the majority of his career at Ràdio 9, where he directed and hosted cinema programs such as Pati de butaques and Cinema Nou. Additionally, he has worked as a screenwriter, producer, and voiceover artist for the magazines Coses que passen, Hui en dia, La Planta 9, Lydia i Sergi, El jardí de les delícies, and Al Ras, the latter on À Punt Media's radio station. He has also hosted the cinema program Ficcionari on Punt 2 and has published two books focused on the character of Indiana Jones: En busca del héroe perdido (1999) and Indiana Jones. He is the author of the novels La estirpe del mal (2011) and El último sello (2013) and various studies on Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, Robert Zemeckis, Ridley Scott, and Clint Eastwood, published under the titles Un mago en el laberinto (2014), El viajero de las sombras (2015), El tiempo en sus manos (2015), Sueños de un replicante (2016), and El mito tras la máscara (2017). He is also the author of Maestro Scorsese, published by Libros Cúpula.
