Pol Bertran

Pol Bertran Prieto (Barcelona, 1996) is a science communicator and audiovisual creator. After graduating in Microbiology, he soon realised that the laboratory was not where he belonged. Fascinated by the universe, cinema, and literature, he went on to complete a master’s degree in science communication and began working as a specialist writer for various digital media outlets.

In 2020, he started creating content on YouTube, seeking to combine scientific rigour with a cinematic perspective and a distinctive narrative voice. Since then, his documentaries on astronomy, physics, and history have attracted one of the largest science communication communities in the Spanish-speaking world. Children of the Universe is his first book.
