
Tuli Márquez, Barcelona, 1962, holds a degree in Information Sciences. Immersed in the late tumult of punk and new wave, he started working in management offices and local record companies. In 1990, he joined PDI to coordinate the promotion of Peret during his comeback at the closing of the Olympic Games. Later, he became label manager for the British label Beggars' Banquet until 1993, when he joined the marketing and promotion department of TV3 as an advertising copywriter. In 1999, he was hired by Vía Digital as the head of thematic channels and specialized in channel design and communication. In 2005, he was hired by the Balearic chain IB3 as the head of communication. During his time in Mallorca, he began writing and in 2013 published his first novel, L’endemà (Edicions del Periscopi). He would later publish La mida dels nans (Més Llibres, 2019). His most recent works are Les voltes del mon (2023) and El Dia de la Independència (2024), in the Catalan narrative collection of the Al Revés label.
