War Trilogy

Through an explosion of characters and events that blend together in a highly personal global habitat, War Trilogy occurs in a diverse interface of spaces and times, from the Galician island of San Simón–one of the harshest concentration camps during the Spanish Civil War– to the subways of New York, the magic of Montevideo, the cemeteries of Shanghai, now inhabited by the poor, or the beaches of Normandy where the presence of the dead from the invasion reverberates.

This novel asks: What will happen when the light of the dead stars reaches us and fuses with the light of the living, what color is the spectrum of that new world, what forests and what cities grow there, who are its inhabitants and what are its laws, its dreams, its aspirations?
