Andrea Ros

Andrea Ros is an actress and perinatal educator known on social media for her profile @madremente. In addition to starring in films such as Salvador, ¿A quién te llevarías a una isla desierta?, A 1000 km de la Navidad, and the recent Karateka, she co-directs, co-produces, and co-presents the successful podcast La vida secreta de las madres alongside psychologist Paola Roig. Andrea is also the creator of El refugi de les mares, a maternity support center in Barcelona that hosts the first coworking space for working while with babies. Her first book was Lo hago como madremente puedo (2022), and now she is publishing Comadres (2025).
