Bea Roque

Bea Roque (A Coruña 1968) started her blog El Rincón de Bea in August 2007 and was one of the pioneers in introducing American pastries into Spain. In her blog, which over the years has become a site of reference, Bea shows us in great detail all the secrets you need to know to make layer cakes, bundt cakes, cookies and cheesecakes. Her maxim is not to keep any secrets and to make infallible recipes that can be made by anyone.
