Laura Baena Fernández

Laura Baena Fernández, founder of Club de Malasmadres - Comunidad emocional 3.0 para Malasmadres, mother of three good little girls, is an advertising creative and born communicator. She defines herself as a bad mother with too much sleep, too little free time, an allergy to sappiness, and a desire to change the world. She leads a community that already has more than one million followers. The Club de Malasmadres was born in 2014 with the aim of demystifying motherhood and breaking the stereotype of the perfect mother. It fights for a new model of mothers who refuse to give up their careers but still want to see their sons and daughters grow up.

Laura Baena also chairs the Yo No Renuncio Association, which fights for the implementation of measures in favor of work-life balance. The association carries out sociological studies, offers workshops and other services for companies, and maintains “the yellow conciliation telephone line” and the psychological support line “I take care of myself,” both of which are free.
