Synopsis:

A comic author and an alien team up to defend the Earth from an unprecedented extraterrestrial invasion in a thrilling adventure full of action, humor, and heartfelt moments

Maya is a comic book author with a difficult personality, while her jumpy friend Juu is obsessed with finding a partner, despite his awkward flirting skills. Maya is going through a tough time: the relentless pace of drawing, the feeling that she’s not creating the works she truly wants, and the absolute lack of time for anything else are weighing her down. Things get even worse when an alien named Soma sneaks through her studio window. In spite of the initial shock, he explains that all he needs is help: his kind is about to begin the conquest of Earth, and he must stop it. Together, Maya, Juu, and Soma will embark on an impossible battle against soldiers, gigantic ships, and tentacles—lots of tentacles—to end the invasion.

In the vein of Scott Pilgrim, this story is hilarious even
when it tries to get serious and deep. The details in Carles
Dalmau’s illustrations create a colourful video game-like
atmosphere that amazes the reader on every page.
