Asun González

Asun González is a biologist at the University of Salamanca and is currently a nutritional consultant specializing in digestive health. Her beginnings in genetic research at the CSIC and her master’s degree in Technical Drug Information led her to discover the field where “food talks to genes”: nutrigenetics. However, it was her own digestive problems after food poisoning that led her to search for alternatives to solve the root of the problem and not just palliate the symptoms.
